I created One Clean Week as a way to reconnect with whole foods.

There are so many diets out there that starve the body of nutrients for the sake of fat-burning. The body is designed to function at it's peak with whole foods. This 4-day journey incorporates the practices I personally utilize for weight control, some of my own recipes, and is based on the notion that whole foods are healing.

You'll start your day with juice and maybe a coffee or tea. Around 11 am you'll eat for the first time of the day, a healthy whole food smoothie or bowl. Later, you'll have a whole foods snack like hummus and vegetables. For dinner, you'll prepare a meal from whole foods recipes I use for my family.

Over the course of 4 days, you'll likely notice small changes in how you feel, maybe even a bit of weight loss. But mostly, you'll reconnect with a whole-foods based diet and be back on a healthy path.
